Ingredients
- 12 ounces (approx 340g) Phyllo Dough (defrosted, see note)
- ½ cup (113g) unsalted butter , melted
- 2 cups (227g) finely chopped pecans
- 1 cup (200g) granulated sugar
- 1 cup (237ml) water
- ½ cup (118ml) dark corn syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
